Scientific Background: ERK7 (MAPK15) is a protein-serine/threonine kinase of the CMGC group and MAPK family and Erk7 subgroup. It interacts with CSK/c-Src, ABL1, RET and TGFB1I1. Phosphorylation of T175 and Y177 increases the phosphotransferase activity of ERK7.
